The town is very appreciate for schools, whose like to bring their student to stay some pleasant journeys in the mountain and learning to love the nature.
Castellar has only 210 inhabitants, they were too much in the twenties, when the Asland factory was working only 5 kilometers far.
Now it's considered a touristic town and one of the most beautiful towns in Catalonia due to their landscape and the architecture of the streets and monuments.
