This beach is located on the east side of the town and turning on the left by the sea walk. Isn't a large beach but it's clean, comfortable and not too much busy even in high summer.
The name of the beach is originated from the method to access it : go down by a little stairs ('escaletes' in catalan).
It's worth to stay a morning or even better, a evening seeing the sunset.
