Day 334 - 11/08/2014 : Viu de Llevata, Alta Ribagorça.

Before arriving at Pont de Suert we will find a stunning village just in front of snowed Pyrenees, we are talking about Viu de Llevata, the first town we met in Alta Ribagorça shire.

It's located at 1240m above sea level within the Viu valley, a wonderful place between Corronco and Pica Cerví mountains on the North and Sant Gervàs range on the South.

Even though there are only 10 inhabitants counted it has one of the best restored Romanesque church in the shire, Santa Maria de Viu de Llevata.

Stop and go !
